"I chose a room that was smoke free at time of booking. This room had a horrible odor. There was an open window in the bathroom that was broken, therefore unable to be closed, securing the room. Cigarette burns (MANY) on the carpeting. Overall, I was VERY dissatisfied and would not recommend this establishment to anyone."
